On Sundays we gather as a community at each of our three locations where we connect with one another and worship God through music, teaching, and prayer. We would love to have you and your family join us.

Homebase

We want to help you find your home base! These smaller communities within our church meet throughout the week to share meals, study the bible, serve the city, and generally figure out how to follow Jesus together.

Giving back to God's Church is part of our worship, it is a response to the generosity God has shown us, and an acknowledgment that everything we have is from Him. By consistently giving the first of everything we make, we surrender our finances to Him.

Base Church was launched on January 28, 2024 from the merge of two churches in the Waterloo Region. It all started with a spirit-led question, "Why are we two different churches?

Lead Pastors

Brandon and Emma are passionate about making disciples of Jesus. They have had the privilege of serving together with their four kids in Waterloo, Ontario since 2014.


Since planting Slate Church in 2017 and launching Base Church in 2024, countless lives have been transformed by the love of Jesus and they continue to pray for renewal of the church in Ontario.
